Rule changes are considered after the Worlds and before the next regular season. We will not reply directly to the submitter and rules that have been discussed but not passed in recent years will not be reconsidered unless there is a material change.  Do not submit requests needed for interpretations for tournaments in progress, those should be directed to the Tournament Director.
